Our Services

Refugee Floating Support

The Refugee Floating Support Service offers support to individuals and families who have been granted refugee status and who have been given leave to remain in the UK.

Established in 2013, this project operates with a focused commitment to supporting refugees during the notice period when they are required to vacate NASS (National Asylum Support Service) accommodation.

Asylum seekers living in Northern Ireland come from 60 countries.

We understand the challenges and complexities these individuals face during this transition, which is why our team provides tailored, medium to long-term specialist assistance, and practical guidance to aid their resettlement within the community.

Our main goal is to prevent homelessness and maintain tenancies by providing hands-on support to individuals facing housing challenges.

Our programme, accessible through open or self-referral channels, empowers refugees to navigate this critical transition period and build stable lives in their new communities.
