Our Services
This Extern Janus Programme aims to prevent young people from entering care and support those returning to the community from residential care or custody. As a Janus Project Worker, you'll provide tailored support to young people with complex needs, often at high risk, classified as Hardiker Level 3 & 4.
Your role will focus on fostering pro-social behaviors, resilience, and positive community engagement. The programme is dynamic and creative, using local, regional, and national resources to craft effective intervention strategies. An integral part of this role includes both planned and responsive respite provision.
Working closely with statutory agencies, community resources, and families, you’ll play a key role in helping young people reintegrate into their communities and thrive. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to positive outcomes are essential for this rewarding role.
