Reach Out by Extern offers vital support to individuals affected by substance or alcohol misuse, suicide, self-harm, and mental health challenges in the Greater Belfast area. As a Counsellor, you will provide compassionate, client-centred therapeutic support to individuals navigating some of the most difficult periods in their lives.

This role offers the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact by helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move towards improved emotional wellbeing.

MUST Hostel provides vital accommodation and tailored support to single adults aged 18–65 who are experiencing homelessness. With a capacity of 20 beds and a commitment to person-centred, flexible care, the hostel supports both males and females through a modern supported housing model.

We are currently seeking Bank Workers to join our dedicated team, providing cover as required. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Our Services

MUST Hostel provides accommodation and tailored support to single people aged 18–65 who are homeless. The service adopts a flexible, person-centred approach to help individuals address the challenges they face and move towards greater stability and independence. With 20 beds, MUST supports both male and female residents and also serves as a Probation Approved Hostel, working closely with the Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI).

As a Key Worker, you will take the lead in supporting a caseload of residents, helping them to develop and work through individual support plans, access services, and ultimately take steps towards more independent living.
