Why I work for Extern

Conor's Extern journey started in 2003, he now is the assistant manager in our Janus programme which works intensively on a one-to-one basis with young people aged 10-17 years, who are living in the community or within the care system

"Extern's community-based approach drew me to this role. I'm passionate about their model of keeping young people in their own communities and homes, tailoring individual programs for each youth and family. It's fulfilling to provide support and guidance around home life, school, and the broader community."
