What do these supports involve?

Emotional Well-Being Support:
This is support for individuals aged 16+ years which aims to build resilience, identify tools that promote positive mental health and reduce risk.

Counselling:
We offer a range of counselling approaches to individuals to promote self-awareness, work through their emotional and behavioural concerns and work towards making positive changes.

Systemic Family Work:
Invites couples/families to explore the relational context of their mental health and/or substance use concerns. This is a strengths based approach which promotes collaboration with the family to make useful changes towards their preferred outcomes.

Complementary therapies:
As part of our holistic approach, complementary therapies can be offered alongside our other supports or on their own to support individuals to cope with whatever emotional challenges they are facing.

NADA acupuncture:
Involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilised disposable needles into specific sites on the each ear. This treatment can increase calmness, improve sleep, provide relief from stress and reduce cravings for alcohol and substances.

Community Out Reach:
We deliver flexible and bespoke mental health programmes to community groups and organisations. We promote mental health awareness through localised initiatives and events.
