Our Criminal Justice Floating Support program, funded by Supporting People, aims to help individuals transition from prison to the community.
Our Services
Criminal Justice Floating Support
Criminal Justice Floating Support delivers a flexible and responsive service to medium to high risk ex-offenders living in the community.
Floating Support services can be delivered for between six months and two years.
We prioritise securing suitable housing and assisting with tenancy maintenance. Additionally, we focus on promoting positive mental health, reducing social isolation, and preventing further involvement in criminal activities.
By doing so, we aim to empower and support these individuals in creating meaningful, fulfilling lives post-release.
We firmly believe that by addressing these critical aspects - housing stability, mental well-being, and social connections - we contribute significantly to reducing recidivism and fostering successful reintegration into the community.
