The project is aimed at improving young people’s social functioning, community inclusion and family relationships.
While on the programme, young people will be offered a range of sessions including special interest activities, day trips and specific group and individual work.
The programme also provides respite overnights which focus on independent living skills, social skills development, provision of respite and problem-solving approaches.
