Springtown Industrial Site, Derry/Londonderry
Part-time / Full-time: 
Full-time, 40 hours per week (current funding until September 2020)
Salary: 
Grade 6 Scale £27,316 per annum
Job Description: 

• Responsibility for the overall leadership, management, evaluation and continued development of the EXTERN Positive Learning Programme
• Provide leadership to staff within the Programme, ensuring a long term strategy is in place for the Programme and that it is achieving its objectives in full.
• Maintain and grow service provision across Project area.
• Ensure the most effective quality training service is provided, with a commitment to the rights of the service users by ensuring Extern Positive Learning Programme delivers a high standard of service.
• Budget control and management.
